Welcome to Specool!

The unique capability of Specool is that it allows you to find the product you are looking for by simply entering detailed specs or features that meet your requirement. Unlike most websites which only provide very limited search or filtering capabilities and force users to click through hundreds of product info pages to identify what they are looking for, we let you identify, specify and fine-tune your own requirement and our system will find all products that meet your needs.

On the left side of the search page, specs are listed.  There are two search modes: "Normal" let you search common specs, and "Advanced" let you search by more advanced specs that require knowledge of digital photograhy. 

To start a new search, simply click on a spec and a little window will show up to let you enter your search criteria.  Your selected criteria will be listed above other specs on left.  As you entering more search criteria, you will see narrowing selections of cameras that meet these specs.  Narrow you search by specifying specs that most important to you first and then compare them to make your final choice.

If you are not farmiliar with some of the technical terms, you click "Explain" in the little spec entry window to get more information.  "Always Explain" will let you see explanation to all specs at all time.

To modify your search criteria, simply click the spec, change it, and search again.

To remove a specified spec, click the spec, and click "Not specify this feature".

To start all over, click "Start over".

If you have spec that is important to you but is not in our system, let us know by giving us a feedback, we will do our best to provide your desired spec as soon as possible. We believe that our service should be driven by our users’ need. The more we interact with our users, the better can we serve you. Whatever your need is, most likely you are not alone.
